Voting while in BMQ

I was wondering how you would go about voting for the election if you are in BMQ on Oct 14th. Would you send away, or have a ballot/form provided for you which would be used in the riding you live in? For me it would be Oshawa. Just wondering in case I do my BMQ when the vote comes up.

I made the mistake of posting it then realizing I should've searched first. I found my answer.
