Even though I am maxed out at 100% Disability so no more Funding from PSC, is it still worth it to do my upcoming VRAB Appeal hearing seeing there will be no monetary value from it? Just curious that's all whether it's worth the effort to do it or not?

Agreed. While there is no further funds from PSC, after 100% payout, any new recognized conditions will be allow for VAC to pay for medical coverage--see the benefits grid. For example, if your sleep apnea was not part of the PSC conditions, but eventually recognized after a VRAB hearing, then your CPAP machine and related care will be covered by VAC.
