Weekend BMQ Coinciding with School

My weekend BQM starts in October (reserves), and I was just looking over the calendar and noticed that I have 2 midterms on one of the BMQ weekends. Would I have to ask to change the dates of my midterms, or would I be allowed to miss that particular weekend? I just want to know in advance what I should do as I would need time to schedule an appointment with my professors. Thanks!

(PS. I tried searching but for some reason it doesn't seem to be working... I get the "Your search query didn't return any matches" text no matter what I type in the field. Could it just be temporary a server error, as it normally works great)

Notify your CoC asap on your BMQ course as well as your CoC at your unit.

A member back on my BMQ had the same issue and he notified the staff via a memo and was allowed to leave. However it was just for the day he had the exam.
