hey i have another question again, this time its regarding the application process. A while back in June i did my ap test, interview, and medical, i was cleared through them but when i got to the PT I bombed it.. i ended up getting 69 rather then 75, they said i could do the PT again in september, but i doubt it'll make much of a difference then it did the first time so im wondering since they said they'll close my application if they don't hear from me again, if I apply again will I have to start all over filling out new application forms, enrollment, getting the references all over again and as well as doing my ap,medical, interview and PT over again?

I'm asking this because im thinking of training hard next year to be ready for my Physical test when i apply again so im wondering if i'll have to start all the way back from square one rather then use the previous applications i gave to my CFRC

Hi,

If you only need help on your handgrip there is no use in putting your application off that long. If you want to get better at squeezing things then if you got $10 I would go out and get a pair of hand grip tools, or one of those balls and squeeze it for about 2 hours a day. That will give you better grip.

I wouldn't think so... I would think they should still have your files in there computers, or in file cabniets.

BC Dude,

Is this for the Reg force or the Reserves? You need to contact the CFRC and find out the status of your file as a first step.  As well, you need to conact the reserve unit if you were applying part-time. If it's only been a couple of months then there's a good chance the file still active with CFRC/reserve unit.  But don't assume - contact them asap.  The recruiter should tell you what you need to do next to complete the file.  If all you have outstanding is the PT then Butters is quite correct - get a pair of hand grips and use them.
