Interesting... I'm currently Reserve Infantry but I am planning on putting my app for Reg Force Armour in (don't tell the infantry guys!!!) on Friday. Well, at least get the wheels turning and start the paperwork etc... Just wondering something...

Do all new Armour grunts start off in the Coyote as recce? Or do you ever get trained for the LAV III first... Or am I thinking this is a career progression thing and everyone starts in the Coyote and eventually moves on to LAV III etc...

Figured I'd ask the tradesmen about thier own trade first!

If you're going LdSH(RC), you'll get qualified Leopard, and if you're going RCD or 12eRBC you'll be qualified on the Coyote. I've been in 8 yrs and I'm STILL trying to get qualified LAV III.
