It doesn't really matter; just be prepared to get out of whatever you're wearing (so yes you should wear underwear.)

Er, um ... that's for your Medical examination ...

For physical fitness testing, naked isn't really a viable option ...
(i.e. shorts, tshirt, running shoes, and sweatsuit if it's cold weather)

Thanks guys.........but do i bring the sweats or shorts in a bag...or wear them there???

If your interview is not on the same day, I'd wear your fitness stuff there, I can't see it being much of a problem. That's my opinion.

I had my CFAT, PT, Medical and interview on the same day, had to look good for the interview, so I brought a change of clothes.

Yea just show up in whatever you work out in normally.  Saves the time and hassel in changing before the tests.  Shouldn't be a problem.

If you can find out the order of things that you will be doing it will help a lot.  As you can see it seems to be different where ever you go.  I had my aptitude test, p.t. test. and interview on the same day.  I went in my business clothes and brought a bag with my gym clothes in it.  But it turned out that my interview was to be before the p.t. test so I was lucky.  There were people who showed up in their gym clothes and they looked awfully worried going into their interview with a Toronto Raptors jersey on.  Play it safe, give them a call.
