What unit to choose

Hi everyone I was wondering if some of the more experienced members or just anyone with a perspective and help me. I'm 15 and in grade 9 the only job that I've ever wanted was to Forces. So i intend to join the reserves next yea and i was wondering if some of u guys could just give your input as to what unit i should join. i live in Dartmouth, NS so theres the Halifax units. I am mainly intrested in the Army units so I'll list them.  33 Service Battalion, First Field Artillery Regiment, Princess Louise Fusiliers (Infantry), 33 Field Ambulance, 3 Intelligence Company and 732 Comm Squadron. So if any of you guys have any suggestions or anything I'd like to just here from people what it's like in the different units. Thanks

I am from 33 SVC BN.. it is a pretty fun unit. Why carry your gear..while the gear can carry you? Basically we have veh techs, clerks, truck drivers (that's me) cooks and weapon techs. There are tons of employment in the unit since we support all other units. From feeding them to moving them, to repairing trucks. It's a good go and I enjoy it. Yea i was at your guys open house a while ago and if i was gunna join i'de most likley want to be a driver and actully i as wondering waht you guys do in the summer. do you like drive in Gagetown for the summer or somthing like that?

Ah you can jump around as a driver.. Aldershot..Gagetown.. different duties.. like Troop lifts.. or Ammo runs. It is a good go. I am sure you"ll love it. I sure do.

This is largely dependant on what you WANT to do in the Forces and with your life. There are over 100 different jobs in the Canadian ARMED Forces... If you want to be on the proverbial "pointy end of the stick" and in the down and dirty, any combat trade would be good like Infantry or Armoured or Artillery. If you don't quite want to maybe be so hard core or don't want to learn what mud tastes like, join something else...

hahaha well im not a city kid who needs a shower everytime i leave the house. but i also likedont relly mind getting dirty cuz if not itd be relly easy to choose.
