I am a cadet and I have notcied that at all my mess dinners we have roast beef, and both times I've visited the mess hall in wainwright we had roast beef. Not that I have a problem with this meal, but is this the armies favorite dish or something.

I assume in joining cadets you "wanted to try new things"... well here you go!

Ok whats the deal you guys are starting to creep me out?

"Well he sat down to dinner in his Sunday Best - Excitable boy they all said,
Then he rubbed the pot-roast all over his chest - Excitable boy they all said.
Well he's just an excitable boy."

Lad, maybe you heard wrong, it was roast Beast on the menu all those times... they just didn't specify which types.

"If you don't eat yer meat, you can't have any pudding. How can you have any pudding if you don't eat yer meat?"

And remember, if you don't eat, you don't s**t. And if you don't s**t, you die.

(Where did I read/hear that?...)

Oh we're getting started.  ;D

Don't worry like BBJ said it's beast of some type or another. After the over cooking or under cooking and the 2 hours of sitting in a haybox kind of hard to tell what kind of animal it was to begin with so why bother. Its free, hot and filling , ok well one out of three there and as the cowboy says you don't get desert until you finish the meat.
