When do reserve recruits recieve all of their equipment?

Yea I was just wondering when reservists recieve there issued clothing, gear, like vests and stuff.. Do you get it when you join your reserve unit? Or coming off of BMQ/SQ ?

I would assume you need the equipment to go on BMQ and such... you don't go through you course in civis! lol
As for the Tac vest... not until you finish SQ

Yea that's more or less what I meant with regards to the vest, and that.

Okay yea because I went to the Argylls open house thing and I got to try on the tac vest and that so I was just wondering when I'd get mine.

In 31 CBG (Windsor through Hamilton), you're issued your TV when you get the rest of your kit (usually a week or two after being sworn in).  This depends on what brigade you're in, 32 apparently still gets issued the 82 pattern webbing.

Area Support Unit (toronto) or whatever location is closest to you will issue you whatever kit your unit QM cant or doesn't have.

In the 34th Brigade, you get your Tac Vest for BMQ, but you dont get your gortex git until after you finish your SQ.
