Where is FAA?

Just been posted to Halifax and no one I've asked knows where FAA is.  All I know is that its in Halifax.....somewhere.

It goes through name changes every year...SPHL is another name...I think its now known as PSU....Personnel Support Unit...just go to the Dockyard and its right across from the Firehall.
