Who tells you your accepted?

Hey everyone, after my file is sent to Borden, reviewed and accepted who will I hear from? My recruiting center or the unit I applied to (MP reserves) and how will I be contacted? Letter or phone? Thanks

It would be your recruiting center, and most likely by phone ... unless you get rejected, then they prefer to do it by mail.

I got mine by phone. They guy didnt even tell me i was accepted, he just said "be a Longue Pointe at 1900h to be sworn in"

My experience is the same as Da_man.

The Corporal that I have been talking to at the CFRC notified me. Just told me I had a summer position and that I needed to be at the armouries on Thurs at 1900h.

Couple questions I didn‘t expect. Kind of daunting the first question they asked (even before void cheque for pay) was to declare a religion incase of burial in the field.

I got the call from a recruiter in St. John‘s.

She said " Kirk, I got a job offer for you. Are ya interested?"

I said "yes ma‘am where do I sign my name?"


Then of course she told me the details.
