Will the united states naval sea cadet corps give me any bonuses with the CAarmy

Yes.  Pretty sure it is only for those in the Canadian Cadet programme.

Cadet service generally does not count for enrollment purposes.

Cadet service does count at time of enrollment.  For non-commisioned ranks, it gives time credit for promotion.  For reserve officers, it also gives time credit for promotion but that credit is applied not at the rank of OCdt but when going from Lt to Capt.  I believe it is still written in a CFAO.

... now, that being said.  I do not know how (or if) the rules might extend to foreign cadet programs.
