WTB: RMCC Scarlet's Cape

As Winter Ball is fast approaching, I was unable to locate my father's "cape" this year.

Thus, I was wondering if anyone would happen to have one lying around they'd be willing to sell or lend to a young OCdt.

RMC doesn't actually supply the capes anymore.

However, my father, an ex graduate of RMC, told me of their existence so I was wondering if anyone might have one!
