I am in Western NY. I have a friend that owns several large pvt owned hardware stores and has a old school outdoors section of the stores, kinda like when there were still REAL Army/Navy surplus stores...

He buys right by either getting overruns/closeouts or just in large quantity. He's got at least a hundred of them from what I saw.

Probably looking at $25 shipped to most places in Canada.
