Are you proposing that we let them go for the Darwin Awards and get out of the Gene Pool?

lets just bring back crucifiction....

CRUCIFICTION PARTY.............AHH TENN SSHAN....

Hey if it prevents the spread of diease I'm all for it.
And Paul Bernardo isn't getting out, he's classified as a dangerous offender and this designation won't be reviewed for at least another 15 or more years... at which case all the Crown has to do is show the video tapes; too bad they found those tapes after they gave the deal of the century to Karla Homloka.

They should probably raise the price of the tattoos to something more than 5 dollars to help offset the cost of the programme but I suspect and hope that overall, the program will save tax payers money.

It will cost the taxpayers more in dealing with the increased number of assaults/escapes when we as a society provide em with ready made weapons...

not to mention increasing tension by ALLOWING then to tattoo....all kinds of gang / racial images....

Ahh well...

No one thinks of the staff who will ave to deal with this momentous decision...

You know this is going to cause a lot of upheaval in our society.  Just like when I am driving and I see a car with Enterprise stickers on it, I will avoid staying anywhere near it, as I know Enterprise undercuts the other Auto Rental Agencies in renting to Insurance Firms, therefore an Enterprise car will likely be driven by a person who has wrecked their own car.  So will I become biased towards tattooed people, and think of them as being Ex-cons.

Time for those who like to get tattoos, but not a criminal record, to let the Government know that they will not put up with this discrimination.
