When it comes to the tariffs, and if the US is pursuing reciprocity of tariffs, what is the argument exactly? "Don't tariff us like we tariff you?"

The protests in Canada don’t really matter. Only American protests are going to lead to anything substantive … and I don’t think I would encourage Canadians to go protest in the US lest they find themselves in Gitmo.

And the administration will see disruption in other countries as a good thing. Having said that, I doubt most Americans would know given the usual low level of foreign news coverage.

I would say that this is a distraction from him letting slip his desire to imprison American's in foreign concentration camps, but that doesn't work when your press secretary confirms it. So I guess he thinks we forgot? This is just me spit balling here.

I think someone got it through to him that the 51st state BS is helping the LPC, and that if he wants a Conservative government in Canada, he can best help by being quiet.

Personally I’m ready for all sorts of renewed mouth noises from Trump as soon as the results are declared.

True. He’s a big deal to us; but from his end he probably barely thinks of us at all most of the time.

I think it was more a visceral hate of JT by DJT. Much like PP the wind is out of those sails now.

They will say we would be better off as a state every now and again but I view it as empty and and just a continued commitment to an emotional outburst now.

Just my completely uneducated opinion on it.
