I understand anonymous complaints to protect people when there's a massive power imbalance but it's also weird in the sense that someone can't face their accusers.
Like, I don't know if there's any MGen currently in the Army where absolutely everyone looks at that person and says "They're gonna be CDS in not too long, and they'll have earned it", but that's the consensus around Blackmore.

If formal disciplinary or criminal charges are laid they will be able to face the accuser(s).
Based off thr link Booter posted she committed the worse sin imaginable for a government employee.
I haven't watched it yet but did she hold the wrong person accountable for actually doing their job?
Appears to have wrote an honest letter to higher ups in Ottawa outlining issues her officers are dealing with.
