we bought 16 so 4 per station seems logical: one on hot standby, one available with notice one in the hangar to be brought up when needed and one in the shop at a guess. thats what i was thinking too but maybe there was an extra in Comox. The north seems to require a different response but I can see the value in the Gander/far east station just from the incident map
