To be fair to the namers, these wouldn't be the first folks to include "Turtle Island" in their name if they had some philosophical connection to (or wanted to seem to) Indigenous philosophy.

Yeah, we'll see how dumb these guys were, or whether it was a sting of sorts. Just as wrong/illegal, but "provoked/encouraged" =/= grassroots rising.

At zero dark thirty when going to an ATM for an "emergency" withdrawal, I don't go in if I see more than one person (and sometimes don't enter with even one). I wait in the safety of my vehicle until they leave. It doesn't matter how they are dressed or their political/social views (though I don't know how one determines belief systems). Anybody needing to get cash at 0400 is likely up to no good or has habits that are questionable.
