Russia is still a nuclear power with massive conventional and unconventional forces. It would not be a 12th grader vs 6th grader lunch money transaction like Venezuela.

The sister project of 'I want to live' called 'I want to find' now claims over 150,000 Russians have gone missing on the eastern front.
Note that these numbers are from Russian families getting in contact with Ukraine trying to find their loved ones, number may not be entirely accurate but it's still staggering +/- in either direction.
