Hillary Clinton set for deposition with House Oversight Committee in Jeffrey Epstein probe
Former President Bill Clinton is scheduled to sit for a similar deposition Friday.

Members of the Republican-led House Oversight Committee are scheduled to question former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on Thursday as part of their investigation into the late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

The closed-door interview, which will be videotaped, is set to take place in Chappaqua, New York, where the Clintons have a house. The committee will meet with former President Bill Clinton the next day for a similar deposition.

The in-person interviews come after months of bitter back-and-forth between the former first couple and the committee, which at one point threatened to hold the Clintons in contempt of Congress for failing to comply with a subpoena it issued in August.

I am sure the Clintons have enough dirt on enough people, that the questioning and documents will not be to detrimental.
I suspect that when someone ask if she was on the Island on a certain date . She won't have to plead the 5th .
All she'll have to say , " I remember it quite well. We had dinner with Mr Epstien and Donald Trump . "
The House Republicans will have a group nervous breakdown.

News of former Harvard president’s resignation comes ‘in connection with ongoing review’ of Epstein files

Larry Summers, former president of Harvard University, will resign from teaching at the end of the academic year, a spokesperson confirmed to the Guardian.

The news of his formal resignation comes “in connection with the ongoing review by the University of documents related to Jeffrey Epstein that were recently released by the government”, a Harvard spokesperson, Jason Newton, said in a statement.

Summers also resigned from his role as co-director of the Mossavar-Rahmani Center for Business and Government at the Harvard Kennedy School, a position he has held since 2011, according to the spokesperson. He will remain on leave until the end of the academic year.

Peter Attia resigns from CBS News following Epstein backlash

Celebrity doctor Peter Attia has resigned from his new contributor position at CBS News following new revelations about his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein.

“Dr. Attia’s contributor role was newly established and had not yet meaningfully begun,” a spokesperson for Attia said in a statement.

“As such, he stepped back to ensure his involvement didn’t become a distraction from the important work being done at CBS. He wishes the network and its leadership well and has no further comment at this time.”

In the newly released trove of documents from the Epstein files, Attia and the convicted sex offender exchanged lewd and personal messages with each other.

For example, Attia had written in 2016, “P*ssy is, indeed, low-carb. Still awaiting results on gluten content, though.”
