Perrotta currently is out on administrative leave due to an unrelated matter,
Previously he praised the October 7th attacks. What’s the story here? I don’t have a Twitter account.

Played the race card too. This is a good thing. Zero chance of the perp reoffending and assaulting anyone else. Or costing us thousands for incarceration. Nobody but family cares. I don't care if the cop took the meat wagon, he chased down and killed an armed, dangerous convicted criminal. He ran towards the fire, which gives him priority, no matter the injury.

The Crown had argued the two men should each be incarcerated for 2½ years.
Paramedics reported that Perrotta declined treatment in the ambulance.
“I am fine, I just needed to get out of here,” she said, according to the report.
That's a given OS. Like screaming I can’t breath, over and over. Doesn’t sound like the person is incapable of breathing if they can keep screaming.Played the race card too.
Proclaimed by a number of victims . . . just before they died, from either a knee in the back or positional asphyxia. That's a given OS. Like screaming I can’t breath, over and over. Doesn’t sound like the person is incapable of breathing if they can keep screaming.
The answer is simple. The man with a gun asked for a ride. Not familiar with Connecticut triage protocol.
But, in Ontario, paramedics would be explaining to their Department, and your Base Hospital Medical Director, and at the coroner's inquest , why they triaged a a panic attack a higher priority than a GSW - if they hoped to keep their jobs.

Where there's smoke there's fire. Not surprised one bit here.Previously he praised the October 7th attacks.
Recently. Peel Regional Police arrested him and charged him with 3x sexual assault, 3x assault, 4x mischief.
Hmmmm when he is incarcerated let him sit in GP with some offenders who really don't like rapists.Previously he praised the October 7th attacks.

Police were legally reasonable and did not use excessive force during the arrest.
The reckless acts of the paramedic led to the untimely and tragic death. Our prosecution team will fight hard to secure the right outcome in this criminal prosecution, particularly for the loving family and for this community.”

This whole story has been amazing and hilarious save for the initial bad search warrant. Everything the officers subsequently brought on themselves was a consequence of their choices.
