I'm not even trying to pay attention to which rumours are being reported by who right now... The whole dick dance over what appears increasingly likely to be terms of capitulation and withdrawal form the war means nothing in and of itself. It seems to all be theatrics and nonsense until something is actually in place. Call me when either bombs are falling, or oil and fertilizer are loaded up and moving again. Supply chains and economies need goods at ports.

Trump is just realizing that he is playing with people with a whole different value set and life outlook and don't fit well into his play book. Frankly he should start taking all the small islands, continue the blockade, sink any small vessel leaving Iranian shores, start flooding the area with both aerial and marine drones. Ukraine is now using marine drones armed with thermobaric weapons and FPV drones to attack coastal installation in Crimea, copy that play book hard and fast. Start sweeping the area with mine hunting drones and MG armed drones to hunt small vessels.

Trump lost his war, bigly. Why?​

“Many questions, few details in latest Iran peace proposal,” read the headline on a New York Times report Sunday. As the subhead explained, “It is too early to tell what exactly Trump and Iran have agreed to, or if they have agreed to much at all.” The article, by the way, was written by David Sanger, who Trump called “treasonous” over his clearly accurate reporting on how badly the war was going.

But, in fact, Trump’s Iran war may be over, or virtually over. America lost.

Iran may or may not agree to exercise restraint in its control over the Strait of Hormuz and its nuclear program. But as Donald Trump of all people should know, agreements can be broken. At a fundamental level Trump, who began by demanding UNCONDITIONAL SURRENDER and trying to impose a subservient new regime, is now slinking away, leaving Iran’s hard-liners empowered — and America’s reputation shattered.
