During the war, 94-02, there were no active Outlaw chapters in Quebec. Any support for the RM by Ontario AOA members was slim and informal.
The Outlaws were decimated during the first biker war (77-84) and withdrew to their Ontario chapters. Their last bunker was in Danville, Quebec. It was bombed in 89. The Outlaws in Quebec pretty well ended in 90 when Claude Meunier, a prominent member and Tony Mentore, a high level supporter, were both killed. The HA, AOA and Bandidos signed a peace treaty in 97.
