During the war, 94-02, there were no active Outlaw chapters in Quebec. Any support for the RM by Ontario AOA members was slim and informal.
The Outlaws were decimated during the first biker war (77-84) and withdrew to their Ontario chapters. Their last bunker was in Danville, Quebec. It was bombed in 89. The Outlaws in Quebec pretty well ended in 90 when Claude Meunier, a prominent member and Tony Mentore, a high level supporter, were both killed. The HA, AOA and Bandidos signed a peace treaty in 97.

I have a friend who is CBSA who has spent more time in foreign hotel rooms than his own bed doing deportation flights since Carney took over.

One of the steps that has to happen before a deportation is known as a Pre Removal Risk Assessment which also confirms that the receiving nation will actually accept the deportee. We can't just land, push the deportee out the door and take off again, as desirable that might be in some circumstances. There have been cases where a deportee claimed to have been kidnapped and our officers have been detained overseas.

I'm fully aware there's reasons why we can't or shouldn't just shove people out the door of the plane but in my idealist, setting aside reality mind those checks and balances should start and stop at "are they a citizen of the country we're shoving them out the door in to?"

In my former place of employment IIRC we had two deported back to Somalia. They were later reported as dead within an hour of being taken into custody by Somalia. We did not shed a tear.
We also had a fraudster sent to Australia - apparently he was wanted there as well.
