Sounds like Canadian travellers will have to use the “Out and about on a boat” test on other Canucks who are suspect.

Would love to see the diff in environmental standards between California and Louisiana.
California was never a suitable launch sight for all but polar orbits (see Vandenberg) or for that matter Starships intended purpose. The land Spacex has acquired in Louisiana could be bought for the price of a few pickup trucks.
