I am curious about this too. Mine would have been PRE enlistment by a few years. If you enlist with college in CA do you get higher rank (if you go non comm)? I know in some forces they let you go in up to E-4 with it is why I ask that part. Anyone know?
I saw on one CA site that it was citizens only but I could have sworn I saw on another that PR were allowed to enlist. Is it reserves only? Does anyone know for sure (links maybe?)
