    Refusing his/her release

I read a couple of your answers. Let clarify the situation: In July 16, in Borden, I was told that I've done harassment and being given  a RW on July 14th.  I've done harassment but didn't know who was the complaint from before 3 months later (October 12th). Submitted a NOI on August 30th...

    Refusing his/her release

I know all this. But am I the only one to think when grievances have been going on over a year, the system is possibly failing to avoid an admin  burden on their side in the case the member should have not been released in the first place  because grievance system  do not talk to admin review...

    Refusing his/her release

But how is this relevant when grievances can take up to two years to be dealt with and the member already set a new life out there ? How grievance that has been submitted 6 months prior to the first of two admin reviews has still not being answered ?

    Refusing his/her release

All interesting answers but the CAF prefer releasing a member rather to know the bottom of the story. For the member's story, there have been already two grievances, second one is for unfair PRB that led to an admin review (grievance has been submitted in early 2017). The CAF had the time to...

    Refusing his/her release

I won't give more details but I wanted to know what could happen if a member voluntarily failed to do the paperwork before the date of his/her release because he/she feels that his/her admin review process has been unfairly conducted ? And what would be the member avenues ?

    5D Release

Just as a general question and of course for my own. I have read and witnessed that people getting released under 5d item at some point could maybe not change their item but profit from some of the 3a or 3b medicals benefits. Is anyone would know how to conduct such process ?

    Medical diagnosis difficulties while serving

I already have an assisting officer from outside my CoC but I'm more than unhappy by the fact she doesn't work with me at all. She's just a capitan who's replacing her major. I should get my own help, I know a Colonel that offered me help last summer.

    Medical diagnosis difficulties while serving

Ok, let me clarifies some for you. Me and my CoC are in no discussion. If my CO wouldn't have taken 6 weeks to sign that NOI for grievance, the Major back in Borden wouldn't  have intimidate me and ultimately failed one single test that lead to PRB presided by this major and then recommended a...

    Reimbursement for driving suspension

I live in Manitoba and yes from Manitoba. The military physician informed the insurance and they sent me a letter. I consulted my family cardiologue, the one my family consult because nobody want to get me a second advice. I had to pay crazy bills just to go the work, not counting getting...

    Reimbursement for driving suspension

Hello, in  January 2017 I was suspended of driving for cardiac risk and I had to wait 10 months to see a cardiologue to tell me I was fine which I already knew since I had sent my tests to my personal civilian cardiologue way before. I got no financial accommodations during all that period. I...

    Medical diagnosis difficulties while serving

So Sorry for the previous post, using my third language here.  I was diagnosed with ADHD when I was 8 (2002). Took pills until my late 15 (2009). Applied in CF in early 2011, we disclosed everything from my family doctor. At the recruitment center they asked us if the condition does...
