What worked for me was calling.  I called weekly.  And give you a name of a person that you deal with.  Once you get that name.  You can email them or call them.  They always have email's open!!

We asked about getting a jump course for RCD's and they said it's never going to happen you can't air drop are LAV's

Not yet but thats because I just got off decompression leave.  I sure it's finding it's way down.  So I have to sign a new contract before OTing?

honestly what is a TOS and a CE?
