Rub liberal amounts of talcum/baby/foot powder into the , leave it overnight so it will soak up the CLP.  Then wash as recommended above.

These shingles hold 2 x C7 mags each and are supposed to insert between the tac vest and the water bottle/C9 pouch, just like the CP Gear WIMP pouch.  These were bought back in '07 and have never been mounted.  $30 for the pair.
