We actively promote it through the UN. Their schools and hospitals served as shields for Hamas' underground activities. Their accepted curriculum promoted the notion that Jews deserved extermination. They had to know that the money being donated by the west for building a country was being used for weapons and military training. We have arbitrarily prevented Israel from trying to put an end to it and indeed, we tend to take the side of the Palestinians whenever possible. As in now with Carney's big mouth.

No, some of the tariffs were in fact overturned in court, as I’ve mentioned, stayed pending appeal. The present state of the jurisprudence is in fact that those tariffs were illegal. The courts, our of deference to the executive, are letting them argue it in appeals court before actually forcing them to be rescinded.

Some of the other tariffs, under different statutes, have not been so ruled. Other dispute or legal challenge mechanisms may exist and be used, but there’s no single button to press to hit them all. Some will likely survive any challenges, which really just means the administration affirms its right to levy certain taxes on American consumers.
