I travel in time not KM or Mi, the next nearest large city from me is 3 hours away, no idea on the actual distance.

And that, my friend, is a quintessential Canadian unit of measurement that every Canadian will recognize right away, but befuddles everybody else on the planet.

"How far is it?" asks the British friend.

"Oh! Not far. An hour and a half away, 1 hour forty-five at most." replies the Canadian.

My British relatives I find funny for that. ‘Oh we only see them a couple times a year on the holidays.’ Why? They are only 30min away.

When I was in Cold Lake, without fail during Maple Flag, some European there for the exercise would ask about making a day trip to Jasper... When I would explain that it's a six hour drive each way, they would be genuinely shocked.

Take the Tisdale, SK alumina discovery. We just went from having no real deposit of aluminum producing material to 1/3rd of the worlds supply of alumina.

And Timmins/Porcupine area was historically a gold camp, until Canada Nickel starting turning it into a nickel camp in 2019 that is expected to rival the Sudbury Basin.

As long as she doesn't fit the narrative of America is right, the LPC is crooked, I think those opposed to thinking the USA can do any harm will believe shes a lying Liberal.
