Thanks for everyone's help. I think we are going to go with either an Armd RECCE Tp or 2 Tk Tp's as this will give us the right #of pers (aprox 30-40). At 40 pers, every round of pkgs costs us about $1,000.00 . We send 2 or 3 rounds of pkgs for each Pl/Tp we adopt. Our current Pl is from...

I found the two academic papers fascinating. I've never heard the field experience summed up so well. The inner workings of a Coy Merit Board was a great read also.

Age has got nothing to do with the security Commissionaires provide. They're not there to tackle or "take out" a suspect. They are simply a set of eyes. It is the MP's or the CIVPOL's job to arrest.

Here in Whitehorse I've had a ribbon stolen and my friend has had two stolen. That was last spring. Now that more people have them, there seems to be less thefts.
