I was OIC on 2 BMQ's earlier this year, I'm currently running a BMOQ.  I'm seeing more and more candidates, especially those being served by the Valcartier clothing store, being initially issued with the brown temperate boots.  More and more people are showing up with them after they go exchange...

Funny you already know your dates.  When I get the files that were accepted back from the CFRC, I call the candidates and swear them in within a week.  Remember to dress sharp and shave!

Mine took six months, but 4 years ago that was the norm.  The system has greatly improved since then.

They shouldn't tell you your score when you're enrolling, they merely tell you what you qualified for.

A couple of A7A straps can really do wonders to your 64

I  got my Cadpat '64 from Spartan a couple of months ago.  Its got 5 pockets instead  of three on the exterior.  Shoot him a PM or an email, I believe he had a couple left and could get you some beefy shoulder straps.  I paid 70$ If I'm not mistaken. Cheers, Hans
