What is the No. 3 dress?  Is it CFs (long or short?) or combats?

I'm writing my first fantasy novel.  It's the first of a trilogy.  I'd say it's about 2/3 done now...with almost 100,000 words so far.

Does anyone know the link to the list for the dress uniform...e.g. No. 1, No.2 ... and what they consist of...?  I know it's been posted here before, but I did a search and could not find it.

I think we should get rid of the Young Offenders Act altogether.  If somebody commits a crime, it doesn't matter if he's 5 years old or 30...ok...there could be special circumstances...but still I think it's more the exception than the rule. 

Do we actually have a hospital anywhere in Canada just for military personnel?  I'm not talking about the MIR, but a full-scale hospital with operation rooms.  Does anyone think we should have one or is it not feasible?

Cantonese (a Chinese dialect) = mother tongue English Spanish (learned in university) French (can read and write pretty well, still trying to improve my oral interaction) I also know a smattering of other languages...but mostly only phrases/simple greetings...  Italian, German, Gaelic, Dutch...

I have a question about when to use high and low gears on a bike.  I understand when you shift to a lower gear, it makes it easier to pedal.  So is the low gear for going uphill and you change to a higher gear when going downhill? 

The thing that annoys me is that people throw their butts on the ground after a smoke.  I mean, how hard is it to take it and drop it into the butt can?!  I hate having to pick up cigarette butts.  You know what I find?  Most of the butts were around the butt can.  Yeah, yeah, we had to do...

Personally, I just think the French lyrics are more inspiring and convey a stronger sense of patriotism.
