But I'm making the point of if you're comparing a family of 4 vs a couple of retirees, then the looking at direct subsidizes needs to include the 5 or 10$/day government subsidizes being paid indirectly out to the family of 4.
Factor in how much is lost the moment 1 of the retirees...
I think that you should factor in the subsidized costs of child care that the families received for the 2yr old. Those are direct subsidizes indirectly paid out the family.
Setting up their ability to 'tick off' those 4 boxes and then exit from the entire situation.

2) - Tick
3) - Close to be 'ticked'
4) - Could be a 'tick' already, completely opened ended with no tangible definitions of what's 'in' and 'out' of scope.
All could be very well true - but, my next question would be, are those who are left making any indications that they want to change/alter/remove what has been put in place previously? If not, then those 'NDP' liked individuals are still at the helm of the boat and are intent on steering that...
