What's a 'one piece sleeping bag'? Does that mean just the liner and outer (to make a summer sleeping system) or do I need to bring the whole shebang (both inner and outer in addition to the liner).

I'm going on CAP.

Ref attached

Just the outer, or just the inner if it smells better  ;).  As it has been many years since I did that course I may be wrong, someone with more current experience at the school may correct me. But you should be fine with just the outer.

On a different note, what is 'underware (complete)' ? How would you get incomplete underwear? Has something changed drastically since i've been in? :)

I would agree with it meaning for you to only bring the inner or outer, as for the underware question that's kinda odd...haha

I would bring both, reason being, that if you use one, then you can submit it to get cleaned while using the other, but I am a bit of a neat freak!

by complete, I believe they mean both underwear, as well as the shirt. I believe on kitlists they refer to the t-shirt as underwear, since you do in fact, wear it underneath.
