14 Dec 2025: Bondi Beach Australia Hanukkah Attack

Damn it, I was trying not to get sucked back in.

The Akram's were "legal gun owners" until Bondi. Members of the Second Sons are legal gun owners in Canada today, jihadists as well.
Legally owned guns that are used only for a lawful purpose - and - were not legally obtained for the purpose of planning to commit an unlawful or criminal act. 99.99% of firearms owned or possessed by criminals or used for a criminal purpose fall outside of that very small, tightly controlled, heavily regulated circle.⭕

I'm sure you know what I meant - maybe I should be clearer. Law abiding gun owners is what I should have said.

If someone commented "great law abiding Muslims will get blamed " would you feel the need to point out the Akram's were law abiding Muslims?

Probationary Constable Jack Hibbert has been released form hospital just in time for Christmas.

He's 22, has four months' service with New South Wales police. He was on duty at the festival and responded to the shooters. He was shot twice in the head and shoulder, and has lost sight in one eye. He continued helping victims until he was no longer able to do so. NSW Police have committed to finding appropriate duties for him after his recovery.

Constable Scott Dyson remains in hospital and awoke today form a medically induced coma for the first time since the event. He has been undergoing daily surgeries. He's 25.

Best of luck to both of them. True heroes.
