2 months to get a file from another CFRC?

After talking with my local RC yesterday I have found out that my file was just requested from St. Johns on the 26th of July (I applied on June 1st). Is this a normal wait time for a RC to get a file? did they even have to get my file after making me fill out all of the paperwork? This makes me worry for my chances this year of getting my ACISS trade back (Was in last year and VR'd due to personal issues although I am about to graduate from my computer programming course with honors) Any insight?

No, I brought my papers in person.

The norm is 1-2 weeks to process a file transfer request from CFRC's.  What happened here I obviously don' t know, and I am not going to speculate.  Why this is required is to have all your information in one location and not scattered across the country, as our database program can only have one location for your file input into it.
