Over $120m used by staff. This is going to get pretty embarassing. People may not understand Afghanistan but they sure can understand the secretary charging $50,000 to her credit card.Other staff wrote checks on their cards for $41m. Some other highlights.

Ontario issued 300,000 more health cards than the total population in the province.

One school district, the Thames Valley District board, had over three thousand credit cards issued to district employees. They charged over $5 million, an average of over a thousand dollars each.

Children's Aid -
Purchases of $60,000 SUVs and car allowances.Caribbean vacations got charged to Ontario's citizens.Spent money on personal trainers, gym memberships, and $150 car washes.

that is my school district, and I can't say it's surpising. Some really great school teachers none the less.
