I believe there are several Sask Ds in this forum. Yes our 100th anniversary is being planned. I have been out of the loop this year but I believe Col Don Calfus is chairing the committee. You could get details by phoning the orderly room 306-692-2133 during working hours.

As promised here is some info. The celebration of our 100th anniversary will take place on the weekend of 14/15 May 2005. We will of course be meeting at the armoury and there is a Freedom of the City parade on the 14th. The weekend will be an all ranks function.
If you contact the armoury they will get you on a mailing list. We would also like to get the names of others who served in the Sask Ds as we don't want to miss anyone. At the last reunion I believe there was about 500 members in attendance, so you are bound to meet up with someone you know.
I share your view about missing the Sask D. Although I am still serving and do drop in regularly it is just not the same as being on exercise with them. Members are currently deploying to Op Bronze (Bosnia) and Op Athena (Afghanistan support).

Sask D 15 years here. Currently on Class B in Dundurn and have been since Sept.' 99. Hoping to get back to the Regiment soon though as I just moved my family back this June. The reunion promises to be a good time as well as an excellent opportunity for me to meet all the new faces that come through Range Control.

Don`t know if if thats you frank on-line but if so I look forward to seeing every body soon. since I am now posted to winnipeg. In am probaply going to go to Moose Jaw for Remembrance day and spend it with the SQN.
