Is JSS running into problems ? I was honestly blissfully thinking everything was hunky-dory...

I know people don't like Topshee but like Norman, who I also sailed with, you cannot cast doubt on their love for the Navy.

I would be utterly surprised if everything was going smoothly. This ship is the largest ship for the navy and the first naval vessel and first of class. I suspect a lot of things from the shop floor POV look utterly stupid and might be or they can't see the constraints the designers are working under.
