Application Process Samples [ 2019-present]

Thats great.

I will be eligible for applying citizenship after staying in Canada 3 years. Currently my status is permanent resident.
Oh I see. You are not a citizen yet. I just became one this February. I wonder if it changes anything (speeds it up hopefully?) on the processing of my file...

How old are you and Im assuming born/raised in Canada?

Yep, born and raised in Canada. 19. Checks went a little quicker. How is your process going?
Thanks for your answer!
My file is at Security Clearance Assessment since beginning of August. Could take a while since my home country is Brasil and I only got my canadian citizenship this February.
Patience is key I guess hehe

No worries at all. Congrats on becoming a Canadian Citizen! Hopefully it will come in soon, I hear it's a toss up with how long security clearances take. Do try and call CFRC periodically to see if you can get updates. Best of luck in your application and future career in the CAF!
