hey there,
was wondering, i made a mistake on my application, will they still accept if i use white out on it?

I dont think white out is allowed.

Cross out the mistake with one line, put the correction on top, an initial it. - I‘m pretty that would be allowed.

Either that, or pick up another application

I think whiteout is ok, I used a fair amount on my application, and my interview is on Wednesday.

ok im gonna use white out and initial it..i only made like 2 mistakes, nothing major..

hey guys, another thing, i know they do a credit check..im in debit about 1600 bucks,,but i mean i pay my bills..shouldnt be a problem eh?

They mainly check to make sure you have good credit rating. Even if you are 5000.00 in debt they don‘t have to know, you just tell them you always pay whats needs to be paid on time. They are just looking to see how responsible you are.

They want to know what you owe. They also want to know if you pay your bills on time, or if you‘re unable to pay on time, if you take the initiative to make arrangements to have them paid. After they go through all of that they ask you something along the lines of if you‘d be able to afford to continue paying your bills on the armed forces base salary. For most people (Eg, fenix with about a $1600 debt) the answer would be yes.

They didn‘t want to know what I owe, I was ready to tell them. She said she didn‘t have to know & did I always make my payments on time? I said yes & that was pretty much it. I guess everyone is different, but I am also married so maybe that makes a difference.

Kris,

Could be that. Like you said, each recruiter I guess approaches each interview in a different way.
