That's interesting, thanks. Does that mean the class now has a green deck, or is it still ship by ship, with specific limitations?
And out of curiousity, have they actually sealed the tracks yet, or is it still a gutter down onto the quarterdeck which would put any spilled fuel right onto the aft rescue team?

All joking aside, I think this is going to be good for the RCN and will open their eyes to what a non-Cyclone helicopter can offer them. There are a lot of tasks they will be able to do with this capability.

Agreed. The experience is valuable, as in the arctic cross decking may be a necessity, but not for normal operations that's for sure.
