
Actually, the artillery couldn't handle it that the infantry were BETTER than they at recording targets and being "ready on fireplan", especially since the infantry were using "archaic" methods such as plotting boards, prismatic compasses and 1:50,000 maps instead of computers, lasers and GPS!kincanucks said:all those loud taking types whose trade is the big brother to the mortar Who do you think had to fiire this mortar? Sorry I beg to differ. Until some idiotic chages were made in TOE the infantry handled the motars just fine. Hang on whie I wave my hands to a couple of those more familier with this.
