hey i am just curious if thier is more than one size of army helmet you can get or is thier just one size fits all kind of thing.

I got mine a couple days and it seemed to big. :warstory:

there's two sizes:  too small and too big.

If your head is shaped like an egg (like mine  ) they all seem to fit real funny. Didn't you try on a couple different sizes?

The internal straps and bands are very adjustable.  The feeling of it being to big will surely fade once you had to wear it on a few ruckmarches and exercises - by then you will have built some neck muscles and figured out the adjustable straps.

There are several sizes available, but as mentioned above, the straps are also fully adjustable so even if you are one size off from ideal, it can still sit well. Keep in mind, you may want to have a little extra room in there for winter time so you can fit a touque or atleast helmet liner under it to keep your ears from falling off.
