The folks at LFC/NDHQ have been smoking that weird stuff again!!
If you reduce a Res F Regiment to Company strength then the coy can only recruit for a single coy.
Attrition exceeds recruitment.
If this ARE is accepted at face value and the Res F trys to "work within the confines of directives" it is the beginning of the end for ALL Res F everywhere.
