So I'm in the Primary Reserve, and I've heard that being in the primary reserve entitles me to a post secondary tuition credit, is there any truth to this and if so how do I go about getting this credit?

Absolutely, if you are in good standing at your unit you can apply for this program. You can receive a maximum of $2000 a year for up to four years of schooling.
Talk to your OR on your next parade night and they should be able to help you out. The application process was fairly easy, make sure you have your financials ready (tuition costs, book costs, etc.) and an idea of how this education will help you in your military career.
