I haven't seen this posted but the Aussies continue to invest in their armed forces while we continue to whither and dither.

"In what looks like yet another FMS purchase without any form of competition, the Army is set to purchase Lockheed Martin’s HIMARS multiple launch rocket system (MLRS). It has been known for some time that this is what Army has wanted – and now this is what they get. In a continuation of the trend to replace Tiger helicopters with older generation Apaches and switching MRH fleet for Blackhawks, this will further transform the Army into a US clone."

Although the author seems to disagree with the methods and perhaps the outcome this is exactly what we need to do with a bunch of our systems rplacements and hopefully by the time we are done our procurement system will be working at the same speed as our needed replacements

Ground Based systems

20 HIMARS launchers to be supplied with GMRLS, ATACMs and PrSMs
~24 NASAMs container launchers
~ 8 NASAMS mobile launchers
NSM missiles (sea based but could be ground based - Rogue Fires)
Spike NLOS (Long Range Direct Fire Support Weapon) - To be manufactured in Australia

And the Aussie Reorg

Of the 20 HIMARS delivered to UKR, RUS claims to have destroyed 27.

UKR claims about destruction of RUS equipment and materiel are likely about as accurate.
